Hill Repeats (Road+Trail)) and Invictus Style Stair Training– Intense

     FIELD TRIP SESSION; Grand Avenue Park     Monrovia (meet corner of Grand Ave and Prospect Ave in Monrovia  7am)

-Group warm up jog on road and trail to a chippy and nasty unnamed hill

-3-5 repeats on the nasty

-run back to the park for a full set of speed, strength, and balance drills on the long and lovely stairs
