Favorite Place to Run: Betty B. Dearing Trail in Fryman Canyon (2ish miles of forest, canyons, climbing, technical trail, and my regular hiker and dog buds)

Favorite post-race meal: Dairy-free froyo

Training philosophy: Love the run. If you love running, the rest (i.e. gains) will sort itself out.

Favorite or go-to workout: 11-14 miles up and down a mountain, powering the ups and coasting the downs

What I like to eat/drink before a run: 4 Cherry Cola Honey Stinger Energy Chews

Why I run: There is nothing that makes me feel more alive than moving these legs.
