Why I run:  I love staying in shape,  the adventure of being able to run anywhere I go,    As a kid it was my ticket out of the streets of Los Angeles. Running allowed me to go down almost any street I wanted, gangsters let me pass, because I was doing something good to change the face of the intercity.

Where to find me when I’m not running:   In my garage restoring cars or camping…
