Favorite or go-to workout: Back to back long run in the mountains.

What I like to eat/drink before a run: Oatmeal (cinnamon & spice) and water.

Why I run: I enjoy the Ultra Running Community because we embrace our Community as ONE family. I also love that trail running can be explored all over the world with Mother Nature.
