Join us at Run With Us for an hour of Yin yoga. The yoga will take place after our Monday Fun Run at 6pm. No need to run though! Bring your mat and a couple yoga blocks if you have them and or pillows/blanket. We hold the poses for 5 minutes to lengthen the connective tissue in our bodies so it’s important that we are comfortable. Yin teaches us to still our mind and body. (Not as easy as it sounds). Can’t wait to see you all there!
